Step 1

Inside the Moneris Gateway merchant account, you need to obtain an API Token. Go to My Account and click on the ADMIN. Then click on Store Settings and click on the button to generate an API Token.

Step 2

1. Moneris will be pre-selected in the drop-down menu under Accept Credit Cards.
2. You will need to fill out your Moneris Store ID and API Token fields here. You can obtain this from your Moneris account admin in Step 1.
3. Click Activate.
4. You can now start building your store! Check out docs.shopify.com as well as docs.shopify.com/webinars for help in getting set up.
5. You will be able to start selling once a credit card account is attached and have chosen a plan under Settings > Account.
