Once your app is built and tested, this is the path to getting it listed on Moneris Go App Marketplace. Partner onboarding and app review are separate processes — both are required before you can go live.
From built app to live
1. Build & Test Your App
Do this firstDevelop your app, validate all user journeys, and test on your device. Verify you meet all 12 App Review Guidelines before proceeding.
2. Join the Moneris Partner Network
Required for app reviewApply to join the Moneris Partner Network — the gateway to publishing on the Moneris Go App Marketplace. You'll share your app overview, target merchant segment, and integration type. Our team reviews your application and guides you through the onboarding process.
Become a partner3. Submit Your App for Review
Partner approval confirmedWith partner status confirmed, submit your complete application package for review. Our team requires all components listed below — incomplete submissions will be returned for completion before review begins.

User Guides, including setup, registration, configuration, usage instructions, and troubleshooting guidance for merchants and end users.
Full user journey — sign up, setup/configuration, and end to end integration flow.

4. Moneris Reviews Your App
Moneris-ledMoneris reviews your app against all 12 guidelines. Feedback will be provided if revisions are needed —
resubmit once addressed. There is no set timeline; plan accordingly.
5. App Approved
Moneris-ledYour app passes review and is cleared for publishing. Both app approval and completed partner onboarding are required before you can proceed to publishing.
6. Publish to Device Marketplace
You're liveThe Moneris client consultant team works with you to upload your app to the relevant hardware marketplace — Ingenico, PAX, or both — depending on the devices your app targets. After this step, your app is live and available for merchants to download from the application store on their terminals.
App approval and partner approval are not the same
Receiving app review approval does not automatically publish your app. Publishing requires both a successful app review and completed partner onboarding. If partner onboarding is still pending when your app is approved, listing will be held until it's complete.
