Publishing Your App

This section highlights the steps needed to upload your application to the Ingenico or PAX marketplaces. This process will allow your application to be available for download on production terminals.

The marketplace to which you need to upload your application will depend on the device you have.

Ingenico Marketplace

1. Contact the client consultant team: Email: [email protected] to initiate the uploading process. Provide a signed APK of your application.
2. QA upload request: The client consultant team will submit a request to ApplicationSigningRequests to upload the signed APK to QA or PROD. They will upload the application and make it available for download on the testing device for final checks before moving to production. This typically takes 24–48 hours.
3. Validate on the testing device: If everything works as intended with your application on the testing device, provide the client consultant team with another signed APK with your production credentials. Additionally provide the type of device you want your application to be available for.
4. App is live: After 24–48 hours, your application will be available for download on that type of device.

PAX Marketplace

1. Contact the client consultant team: Email: [email protected] to initiate the upload process. Provide your application's URLs and BINs (Bank Identification Numbers) for whitelisting — this grants your app access to the Moneris production application.
2. Signing and approval with PAX: The client consultant team connects you with the PAX team to finalize your application, ensuring it is signed and approved for uploading to the PAX marketplace.
3. Confirm device access: Inform the Moneris client consultant team which device type(s) should have access to your app. This enables devices of that type to download your application from the PAX marketplace.
4. App is live: Once all these steps are complete, your application is ready for use and available for download on the designated PAX device types.

Supporting both device families?

If your app targets both PAX and Ingenico devices, complete both processes independently. Each hardware partner manages their own marketplace, signing requirements, and timelines.
